Thomason is associate professor of philosophy at Swarthmore College. She is the author of Knowledge and Self-Knowledge in Plato's Theaetetus, the editor and translator of Plato, The Republic: The Comprehensive Student Edition, and the translator of published selections from Hegel's Phenomenology of Spirit. Īndrea Tschemplik is associate professor of philosophy and religion at American University and teaches a variety of courses in the history of philosophy, as well as thematic courses such as the philosophy of love and friendship. Most recently he wrote Philosophical Adventures, The Road Traveled and Other Essays, and Inside Academia: Professors, Politics, and Policies. He is the author or editor of more than sixty books.
Cahn is professor emeritus of philosophy at the City University of New York Graduate Center.
